How subscription works

Subscription plan

Delivery will take between 3 - 7 working days.

Singapore: 1 - 3 working days

Hong Kong: 1 - 3 working days

Rest of the world: 3 - 7 working days

All packages are registered and tracking will be available via a code.

Shipping is free for Singapore orders. There may be a small fee for other locations which are calculated during checkout.

We accept both Paypal and credit card payments. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation within minutes of placing your order online.

Please ensure that the email provided to us is valid.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder.

Yes. Please email your order cancellation request to us at support@purestnest.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent out for delivery, we will proceed to cancel the order. If your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.

Refunds would take up to 14 working days to be processed, subjected to your credit card’s billing cycle.

Our logistics team prepares to ship your supply on the same day, every 2-8 weeks that suits your lifestyle.

Your subscription is commitment-free and can be canceled anytime after your second order.

Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day according to your selected interval as long as your billing information is valid and you haven't canceled.

Definitely. We do not store any sensitive information on our servers. We use Stripe as our payment processor, who have the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

You can cancel your subscription by accessing your PurestNest account on our website.

Do note that you will be unable to cancel your subscription until a minimum of two orders are reached. This is to prevent abuse of our preferential rate for subscribers.
