Empirical Research:
EstroG-100® is a special herbal extract made from three specific herbs that have been used in Korean traditional medicine for over 400 years. It's designed to help women going through menopause and has been found to reduce their symptoms.
In a study, 96 women with menopausal symptoms were divided into two groups. One group took 514mg of EstroG-100® daily for 12 weeks, while the other group was the placebo group. The study aimed to see if EstroG-100® was safe and effective for women with moderate to severe menopausal symptoms.
The main goal of the study was to measure how much the women's lives improved using a tool called the Kupperman index, which looks at menopausal symptoms. The secondary goal was to see if specific symptoms like hot flashes, numbness, sleep problems, nervousness, mood changes, dizziness, fatigue, joint pain, headaches, heart palpitations, tingling sensations, and vaginal dryness got better.
The results showed that after just four weeks, the group taking EstroG-100® had fewer symptoms according to the Kupperman index compared to the placebo group. This improvement continued and got even stronger after 12 weeks. Additionally, when looking at specific symptoms, the EstroG-100® group had better relief from things like hot flashes, tingling and numbness, nervousness, mood swings, dizziness, fatigue, joint pain, heart palpitations, sensations of crawling on the skin, and even vaginal dryness after the 12 weeks.
