99 grams of Premium Bird's Nests per bottle: This is equivalent to almost two full nests in every bottle. We offer the highest premium bird's nests grammage per bottle in the industry.
1One Month Supply: With 9grams of bird's nest in each bottle, our bottles are designed for two tablespoonsful of bird's nest first thing in the morning. Each bottle lasts for 7 days and should be kept refrigerated once opened.
Note: It is completely fine to consume the entire bottle in one serving but the maximum absorption for nutrients per day would result in diminishing returns.
