We offer standard shipping and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 working days, and express shipping typically take 1 day.
Please note that there will be extra fee charged for express shipping.
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your delivery address to check if we deliver to your country and view the applicable shipping costs.
Shipping within Singapore is free of charge. But there will be an extra fee if you want to use express delivery.
For our International customers, we charge a subsidized shipping rate:
HK, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand - SGD 4.95
UK, Ireland, NZ, Australia - SGD 9.95
Shipping is free for Singapore address. We also offer free shipping on international orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount which is SGD250.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
We understand the concern. If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed for shipping.
This will depend on our courier's availability and there will be an extra fee for same-day delivery.

We use 100% traditional hand-cleaned bird’s nest from our Malaysian and Indonesian farms. Throughout the process, there is strictly no bleaching and our products are bottled and prepared in Singapore according to strict regulatory standards. Our Bird's Nest range of products and the Marine Collagen Peptides are prepared in a Halal-certified facility. Our Snow Hashima, Super Boosters, and other products are not Halal-certified.

Our Bird’s Nest and Snow Hashima are safe for pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding. We advice to take it in moderation and we recommend consumption during the 2nd trimester.
As for our SuperBoosters and Essentials, while our ingredients are generally considered safe and do undergo lab testing, we recommend that breastfeeding and pregnant women consult with their healthcare provider before taking any supplements or making significant changes to their diet.

Our refund policy allows you to receive a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date for any eligible items.
We stand behind our products and would be genuinely shocked if you do not like them. But we would offer a full refund with the remaining unopened sachets returned to us if you feel our product is not working within 90 days after purchase.
If you don't feel like the product is working for you within 90-days of the purchase date, you are still eligible for a refund even though you don't have any products left to return to us.

For subscription, if you are looking for regular consumption of our products the subscription plan is best for you. If you subscribed we will ship your order in 1-3 business days then your future deliveries are based on the frequency you've chosen, for example, if you choose the every 4 weeks delivery, your subscription order will renew and we deliver it every 4 weeks.
Please be advised that it is auto renew subscription and we have 2 minimum cycles or orders before the cancellation. This is to prevent abuse of our preferential rate for subscribers.
