We use 100% traditional hand-cleaned bird’s nest from our Malaysian and Indonesian farms. Throughout the process, there is strictly no bleaching and our products are bottled and prepared in Singapore according to strict regulatory standards.

Our Bird's Nest and Hashima are safe for pregnant women. However, we recommend consuming the bird's nest in the 2nd trimester and moderation. For our collagen glow berries, for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and medications, we recommend consulting your physician for medical advice before consuming.

The shelf life of an unopened bottle of bird's nest is 2 years, and it must be kept in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. Storing it in room temperature is perfectly fine. Once opened, we recommend keeping it in the fridge and consuming it within 7 days.

We adopt a sustainable practice when harvesting our bird's nest. Only nests of birds whose young have left the nest are harvested and no swiftlets are ever harmed during the process.

Our bird's nests are ethically harvested in bird houses in Indonesia and Malaysia such that only when the birds have left the nests do we harvest them. This is crucial to creating an environment where the birds come back to nest again.

Yes. Our bird's nest and Hashima products are cooked and bottled in small batches in a temperature and humidity controlled facility in Singapore.

We do not take this lightly. We stand behind our products and we would be genuinely shocked if you do not like it. But if you've tried one bottle, and it does not live up to your expectation, we would offer a full refund with the remaining unopened bottles returned to us.
